Terms of Service

1. Preamble
Boycott Search is committed to supporting human dignity and international humanitarian law. By using this service, you agree to these terms which are designed to ensure the platform aligns with basic principles of human rights and ethical conduct.
2. Prohibited Use
You may not use Boycott Search if you or your organization:
a) Violate Human Rights Standards
Engage in conduct that breaches the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or the United Nations Global Compact principles, including violations of labor rights, environmental protections, or anti-corruption standards.
b) Commit Genocide
Participate in acts of genocide, including but not limited to: killing members of a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group; deliberately inflicting conditions of life calculated to bring about physical destruction of a group; or imposing measures intended to prevent births within a group.
c) Implement Apartheid
Enforce systematic oppression and domination by one racial group over another, or deny fundamental rights and freedoms to persons based on their race, ethnicity, or national origin.
d) Conduct Business with Israeli Entities
Conduct business with, provide material support to, or operate within the State of Israel, or maintain business relationships with Israeli companies or government entities. This includes but is not limited to:
- Direct financial contributions or investments
- Provision of goods or services that enable violations
- Participation in supply chains complicit in human rights violations
- Contractual relationships that facilitate prohibited conduct
e) Enable Unethical Practices
Use this service for surveillance of marginalized communities, forced labor operations, environmental harm, or supporting repressive regimes.
3. Definition of Material Support
"Material support" includes any action that directly or indirectly enables or facilitates prohibited conduct, including:
- Direct financial contributions, investments, or funding
- Provision of goods, services, technology, or expertise
- Participation in supply chains that facilitate violations
- Contractual relationships that enable prohibited activities
- Any other form of assistance that facilitates violations of these terms
4. Enforcement
Violations of these terms may be determined by:
- The International Court of Justice (ICJ)
- The International Criminal Court (ICC)
- United Nations bodies and agencies
- Credible human rights organizations with documented evidence
If you are found to be in violation of these terms, you must cease use of Boycott Search immediately.
5. Service Disclaimer
Boycott Search is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The maintainers and contributors of Boycott Search shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this service.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of Boycott Search after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
